iTunes Bridge doesn't work

Hi, 

iTunes bridge doesn't work for me. it only sync 2 folders and playlists from itunes and thats it, no matter what.

anything that i can do in order to make it work? 

(also dosent sync to serato)

mac Mavericks 

itunes: 11.1.4

Recordbox: 2.2.1
