[SOLVED] Trktor pro 2 DDj ergo K (black one) headphones no sound

Hello everyone,

My ddj ergo K works fine. I have sound coming out of the master out 1 but I can't figure out how to make the headphone work in the front. I can't prelisten to any of my tracks because no sound comes out of the headphones. Is there a specific set up to follow.

Thanks in advance

Hey Lony,

Just today I bought the Ergo K. I haven't connected any speakers to it yet, so I'm not sure whether they work perfectly fine, but they should. The headphones on the other hand aren't working either, I'm using a hdj 1500, yet nothing seems to work, no matter what dj software I use.

If you've found any solution to this I'd thank you greatly if you were to help me with it :)

Guys, what computers / OSes are you on?

Joakim Akkermans

I'm using an hp pavilion dv7 with windows 7.

I've tried installing the software on my mother's laptop which also is an hp with the pavilion series, but everything worked just fine on there. After that occured I removed all the djing software from my laptop and then tried again. This time the traktor software shows that there is in fact audio coming through the headphones, but I just don't hear it at all...

Any help would be welcome,

Regards

Joakim

It's a matter of configuring the audio outputs properly within Traktor. Below is the output routing screen for a DDJ-T1, yours will look similar for the ERGO, but obviously with a different name for the output. If your outputs don't list "phones" or "master", you may have them backwards. Try reversing them or changing the configuration until you get it to work.
