Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus Trouble Trouble help please

my name is Paulo and I come from Mexico.
I am apologising for my bad english in the first place.
i will like to tell I am not so happy with my new purchase;
I bought 2 nexus players but they are not working very well, the rekordbox program 2.01 is crashing a lot under windows 7, 64 bit and i am having crashing and freezing problems on the new decks. the autoload hotcues is al so not working very good and sometimes the players just skip or hang (freeze?)
I try new update today but the problem still is there.
please help fix this quickly

A: return them if you still can
B: hope they fix the freezing issue
So gutted you guys are experiencing these widespread problems..
Ive had my CDJ's (Nexus) for little over 2 weeks now and not a single problem with them (touch wood)
Reckordbox is fine, Cues are fine, Memory functions are fine, Mp3 playback is fine. Sync feature is perfect, No crashing, freezing or anything like that i just understand how there can be so many problems with these units I'm so grateful mine are ok.
@Paulo > New software and firmware are on the way ASAP.
