DJM 900 - Digital Ch Outputs and Digital Master Output?
Hello Pioneer community. I'm looking into buying the DJM 900.
I've been reading over the manual online and i'm a little confused as to what the digital outputs/inputs are for? On the CDJ's too.
Does anyone know how they can be of use? It says for a digital audio device, but is there anything else?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Freddie

Its just a way of connecting ur cdjs using a single spdif cable.. Like an rca but a better quality cable and only a single cable/plug (as opposed to an rca which has 2 cables/plugs(left + right) per channel.
This assumes u are asking about the 4 digital input jacks on the back (not the single digital optical input on the djm which im not sure about).
Ok, thanks Kevin. That's cleared things up for me.
Digital domain = better quality signal than converting the digital audio from your CDJ to analog for output, then back to digital on DJM input.
Okay, great. Thanks for the advice Pulse.
