DJM 900, traktor without CDJ'S
Im thinking about getting a DJM 900, I want to just use the djm 900 plugged straight into my macbook using traktor pro 2. I dont want to have to buy cdj 2000's or 900's. will this all work correctly or is the djm not meant to be used just with traktor only. and would I still be able to use the efects on the DJM or just the effects on traktor or both?

@John > The DJM900nexus certainly will work with Traktor but its not an ideal setup - the DJM900nexus is intended to be used with CDJs. If I was you, I would consider a controller (such as the DDJ-T1) or the controller / mixer DJM-T1.
