My ddj sb stops a lot in the right deck. What can i do? Already got the latest firmware. Today have stop 4 times during a gig, was not very nice! Should i stop using pionner products? Help please!

i was just working on my old one today SAME issues been going on even after firmware and USB cable
this is a defective controller which pioneer needs to ackowldge
