Yup same problem here...I have a thread open about this too and sent them my pics...they said they're looking into it. 5 days ago. Hopefully, they'll answer soon.

i had the mixer since tuesday and its already has a paint chip i will take picture and send it
I'm also having the same issue with paint chipping off on the faceplate around the fader as well as the fader knob.
You guys are crazy about all this paint chipping talk. Why not just go ahead and buy a replacement faceplate?? Maybe some replacement knobs and faders while your at it?? I own three Rane mixers and have blown through half a dozen faders and dozens of knobs and even two faceplates! I never once called and complained to Rane about the durability of their product. Shit happens and you need to have backups of your backups. If you don't like the look of the wear and tear on your mixer then buy a skin! I've only had my S9 for a little over 2 weeks but you can already tell I've put hours of work into it. Every new mixer I've ever bought has started shown signs of wear even after the first few gigs and sessions.
Anything on this issue yet?
Sorry, no news yet.
where can i buy replacement fader caps for s9 ?
@richard. Is your paint coming off of your fader caps, or you just want some extras?
@Richard > The Pioneer Parts website lists them, but I'm not 100% sure which one you'd need. Better to contact Pioneer and they can tell you.
