Scroll And Confirm - Turn the [PROGRAM/BANK] control to browse presets without changing the current preset, press [SHIFT] to confirm the selection.  

And...

Change On Downbeat - The patch changes and the sequence restarts on the next bar, in sync with MIDI clock bar and beat.

Change In Sync - The patch changes immediately and the new sequence immediately shifts to the same bar/beat offset as the previous sequence, in sync with MIDI clock bar and beat.

Change Immediately - The patch changes immediately and the sequence restarts immediately, ignoring bar and beat boundaries (this is the current behavior).
