DDJ-SR2, Jogwheel sensivity reverse
Hi, i recently bought a ddj-sr2. Sersato DJ ask me to install the driver, wich i did so, but the right jogwheel sensivity is reverse.
i try to downgrade the drivers, reinstall serato, (did everything 3 times) but my problem isn't resolved yet.
any issue?

They believe the issue is hardware related - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by "sensitivity is reverse"?
When i try to search the track with the jogwheel, the track goes backward.
the rev & fwd is inverted.
Okay, so not the sensitivity but the response action. Are you using Serato DJ Pro?
yes serato dj pro 2.3.5 and ddj-sr2 driver 2.1
Is there any way to fix this?
i also restore daults setting and deleted all midi preset, still have a problem.
