FACTORY RESET XDJ-RX / ALTERNATIVE WAY TO UPDATE

Hello, can anyone tell me if there is an alt way to update the firmware on XDJ-RX. My problem is that on the left deck the most of the buttons don't respond inc the track search button and the loop exit button, i presume its a software issue so i just would like to update the system, trouble is I can't update because the loop exit button is not working, not recognised so i cant get to update mode. is there any other way to update?
