DDJ-SB Not Recognised by rekordbox

Just downloaded rekordbox like the look of it but it doesnt recognise my DDJ SB.

It is in the supported list and my firmware is up to date. Any clues/ideas anyone?

What's your computer's OS version, Windows or Mac?

windows 10 - 64 bit
