Issues with export in Ventura

Hey Guys

Since the latest Rekordbox update on Ventura my export just stays at 1%. It seems to be working but at a super slow rate. Im using High Quality Sandisk Luxe 3.1 USBs that have always been super quick to update (in fact they still update on my old laptop just fine) Is there any reason this might be happening on the new laptop? Having to use a USB-C dongle to the usb, but works fine to hard copy files over, just rekordbox seems to be having issues with it. 

Any help would be much appreciated as I havent been update to update my music in almost 2 months now.
