[SOLVED] Brand-new DDJ SB2 keeps disconnected

Just bought a brand-new(very taxed) DDJ SB2. Than I was about to buy the complete software. Try to test the Serato Intro and notice it dosn't recognize the controller.

Its not the audio warn issue. Serato Intro keeps showing Hardware Disconnected.

The only thing that worked was the Test function on Windows sounds system, on standard devices. It tries a lot of sounds and if I have the headset connected in the controller, I can her some beats in the end of the test. Nothing else.

When connected using Serato, its breafly flash it out and keeps back to the screen like I never connected the controller.

On VirtualDJ, on config>controllers, it shows the controller right above the keyboard, but warning "(fail to connect)" in the same line.

Yes, I have tried 3 computers; Yes, I have tested ALL USB ports. Yes, I have installed the drivers.

*SOLVED!* Solved the error by setting the laptop audio system as default. Somehow, the controller keeps the control of the audio and runs with no problems.
