DDJ400 Level/Depth issue
Hi everyone, newbie in here, first time I touch a DJ controller. I am trying to understand all the features of my DDJ 400 and I found an issue that I am not able to solve.
The Level/Depth knob goes all the way from Min to Max to apply any effect to the music while playing but when trying to use it, I found that in Rekordbox this knob only works at the very last position just one dot and a half before the MAX, the rest of the positions from there to the MIN don't work at all or don't apply any effect. In fact, I can see this virtual knob in Rekordbox and only reacts while reaching that position but not before. I tried in both Rekordbox 5 and 6, installed on Windows 10.

Could be a problem with the knob or the data transmitted ... have you tested a MIDI monitor (such as MIDI OX) to see if the knob is sending data the whole rotation?
I have just found out that it was a connection problem. I opened the controller and checking carefully the electronic board I saw there was a broken or damaged track at that section where the knob is installed. I repaired it and after testing, everything seems to be ok.
