Rekordbox not opening. cannot see large waveforms on XDJ-700

 I've done a lot of research on this and haven't been able to find a solution. I just purchased 2 XDJ-700's and i went to load a usb into one and all i see are the small waveforms at the bottom of the screen and an empty area where the big waveform should be displayed. i have read that all songs on my usb must be in "FAT32 format" (which they are) & must be analyzed by rekordbox in order to show the big waveform on my xdj. i downloaded rekordbox off of their website and when i go to open it from my desktop, nothing happens. I cannot open rekordbox and I need to in order to have my songs analyzed. Please help!!!!
