Thank you for the quick support. But it does not work. No color, strobe, dimmer. All off.

I think the DMX mode is not active.

DMX Channel 1 (for 6/9/15 Mode) = Only Value: 11-21 

Could you please change that? Thank you.

Could you please explain what do you mean by changing the range 11-21 with more details?

DMX Channel 1 (6/9/15 Mode):

Function: 000-010 Blackout (No function for RB Lightning)

Function: Channel between 011-021 to enable DMX-Mode

Function:  022-255 Macro-Mode (No function for RB Lightning)

Do you know what I mean? Thanks a lot and have a nice weekend.

We have updated the fixture. Could you please check it out once it is updated in the next rekordbox library, and tell us if it works ok?

Same problem: No color, strobe, dimmer. All off.
