DJM 750 MK1 - Soundcard In and Output forSkype/Teams?

Hi,

is it possible to use the DJM 750 as In- and Output for MS Teams or Skype? 
I would like to Use the
MIC as PC / Teams input and 
Ch1 or 2 as Teams output 

So Teams-Users can be Heard thru Master on PA, Live chatting Members can be Heard to audiance thru Master / PA as Well and also in Teams as DJM MIC should be Teams Input. 

I tried that already but couldn´t get it to run that way. Would only work one way - as Output OR Input. Is there a Limitation in the USB Bus? 

Did anyone try that and got it to run?
