cannot activate rekordbox dj

Hello.

At first, sorry for my bad English...

i have a problem to activate RB DJ.

I downloaded the latest version of RB and want to activate the full version.

I have the license key from a new Pioneer DJM 450.

The trial version of RB is running since twi weeks on my MBP, and now I want to activate the full version.

When I want to activate, I try to give in my email-adress and password.

Then the massage is coming that I must check my internet connection etc.

I try this since a few days, but I cannot find helpful answers.

what can I do?
