A factory reset will only revert user-preferences you can change through the options, it does not revert firmware.
What is the problem you're having that you're hoping is solved by a reset?

That won't necessarily be resolved with a reset. Is the DDJ recognized by the computer when you connect it via USB? Does it appear in either the Device Manager (Windows) or the System Information (Mac)?
Pero lo quiero reiniciar por que llevo 3 meses con ella y ya me fallan las luces esta en garantia
I understand that, but before I suggest you send it for servicing, why not try and troubleshoot it?
Does it, or does it not, get detected by your computer?
Are you using the external power supply or just USB power?
Si la detecta lo único que las luces no se enciende alguna y es muy difícil a si y trabajando estoy en la oscuridad y no veo los botones
