DDJ SB2 doesn't connect

Just bought a DDJ SB2, got it out and installed Serato DJ. Then when I try to connect the device it says "Connecting, this can take up to one minute". But then it never connects. The device is getting power from the computer but Serato won't recognize it.

I have tried to change USB ports, and since I am on a mac I didn't have to download any software.

DDJ-SB2 supports with "Serato DJ Intro".

If you use "Serato DJ" with DDJ-SB2, you need to get the license of Serato DJ.

Thanks, it started working once I activated the 14 days trial. But do I need to buy it once the the trial is over?
