CDJ 3000 beat grid alignment issue
Hello,
Having an issue with my CDJ 3000s where when the beat grids are aligned on the screen but the songs are not in time through speakers or headphones.
For the songs to be actually in time the beat grids have to be slightly unaligned like in the picture below.
I do not have the same issue using my DDJ 1000s.
The files are mp3.
Any help is appreciated.

I guess the songs sound amazing while played together on rekordbox, but never the same on the players...?
