touch screen not responding

having a huge problem . right before the wedding started .. i turn on my 2000nx2

one of them was fine .. the other one, the touchscreen wasn't working i press loop beat jump and no response... i then went ahead and loaded a track into the player.. the screen works and im able to see the tracks and control via buttons. however once i loaded a track in .. it started beat jumping by itself as if im pressing the touchscreen .. it just kept skipping. i did a factory reset and still the same problem ... i had to rent now 1 cdj for 100 a day! pioneer "the best of the best" is costing me money now due to their problem. how can i disable the touch screen feature fo now so that it can use it via just buttons .. and what is the problem ? how can i fix this?
