DDJ SRT 1000 MICROPHONE STATIC
Hello,
I'm sorry if I am not asking this question in the correct place. I did try searching first.
My DDJ SRT 1000 produces a loud static sound when I turn the "mic" switch on. This happens without a microphone hooked up. It happens without Serato Pro hooked up. If I turn on the controller and turn on the mic, I get nothing but static. This began yesterday. The unit is almost 2 years old. Channels 1-4 work fine. No issues. Any help would be appreciated. Per the ticket earlier; please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired as it seems this is a hardware fault.
