Hi,

i'm using rekordbox 6.6.4 on my Acer Aspire 7. i downloaded the ddj sb driver vers. 1.100 via rekordbox it connected afterwards. The buttons light up and i am able to change the volume via the controller, but i'm neither able to scroll through my tracks nor to load or start them. Afterwards i installed the ddj sb firmware vers. 1.06 via pioneerdj.com but it still doesnt work. What do i need to do now?

Do you have a subscription for any of the rekordbox plans? While compatible, the DDJ-SB is not a rekordbox hardware-unlock device and requires a subscription for control use.
