how to stop autoplay? rekordbox/ddj rx

i'm using the latest version of rekordbox and firmware for the ddj rx.

if a track is playing and i load a track on that deck, it will being playing automatically.  how do i turn that off to where any time i load a track it will not start playing?  i don't want deck lock on - i just want to be able to load a track into a deck that is currently playing, and not have it autoplay.

(couldn't find the answer on the forum or in the manual)
