Knob replacement on DDJ 1000

Hi,
I have a DDJ 1000, and i have the issue that when i work on really dark environments, I can’t see the mixer knobs good, because they are all black.
I noticed the DDJ 800 came with the classic Grey gain knobs.
So I’m wondering if can i buy directly from pioneer 4 gain knobs and 4 filter knobs (maybe the DDJ RX ones).
And if not, what are the characteristics of the gain and filter knobs? (Ex: 90°,180°....)

And if I don’t have the tool for removing the knobs (that pulse shown in other threats) what tool i can use. And which is the best way to remove them?
