Rekordbox

Hi some of my songs was a bit quiet, so I used Audacity to make them louder, since then on my laptop on rekordbox all is good, sound is loud and no skips, when I put them on my USB drive to play on my XDJ-RX some of the songs skip and jump, this only happens on my XDJ-RX, if I play the songs from my USB on Rekordbox direct from my USB they sound fine, its only on my XDJ-RX that makes them skip, I am using version 3.2.1, I have used version 3.3 and 4.1 and they do the same on them versions, please can someone help me.
