DJM900 nexus booth and headphone control issues

Hey guys, i recently came into a problem with my 900nexus. All sound is going full blast through the booth regardless of the control. Also at the same time headphone volume control is not going up or down. 

Likely a hardware issue i would imagine, but before i take it up to my local shop i figured i'd see if anyone has any ideas.
