RX not connecting via usb to rekordbox dj software

Hi, I want badly to use the Xdj-Rx on performance mode, but even following every single step it doesn't work. I hope a kind soul  will be able to help. here it is a short video https://youtu.be/dP5W9cDcAbw,  and yes I have updated the hard drive it is 1.8 and yes I downloaded the sound drive, also yes it is one MIDI, and its is on performance mode connected via Usb. when I use on export via link no problem at all only on performance mode. Big thanks in advance!
