I am trying to get the comments field in rekordbox to become one of the menu displays (see attached) so i can this attriibute as a search  when I  have my SD card  loaded into the player. I have tried the following and can't seem to get it to appear.

  1. I have updated rekordbox to 2.2.3

  2. I went into the devices pane and selected the SD card and then went to the sort tab and added "Comments" as one of the active sort options

  3. I also did the same in the playlist pane (by right click and selecting comments

I then ejected the SD car and still only see the default (see attached photo) when i load the card back into the player.

Are there some other steps that I need to do or have i missed something or is it just not possible to change these?

That's because you're looking at the top-level menu. Comment sorting is available when you go into one of those items, Tracks for example, then you press the MENU button and select Comments as the sort option.
