CDJ 3000 no sound with Touch cue
I have a new CDJ-3000 buy a couple of days ago.
Perfect player, nice big screen and plenty new features.
But 1 thing don't work.
I have a DJM-900nxs2 with Cue link,
CDJ-3000 try analog connect also with digital connect,
and connect it with Pro DJ Link,
but the when I use new feature Touch Cue,
I don't hear anything on my headphone.
I push the cue link headphone cue button and light up on the mixer
and the cue mix knob turned to a position 100% master and try in the middle.
But nothing to hear on my headphone
I tried also disconnect the other players,
connect de CDJ-3000 directly with the Pro DJ Link on the DJM-900nxs2.
Also I try with another cables.
But nothing change.
Hope there is a solution.

I got the same configuration 2x CDJ-3000 and a DJM-900nxs2. Touch cue and Touch preview works perfectly.
My players and mixer are connected via Ethernet cable to a switch. I loading the tracks from a USB drive.
Are you playing froma USB or using rekordbox to load tracks to the CDJ-3000?
What ist the firmware of your DJM-900nxs2?

Das ich da nicht selber auf gekommen bin, es war wie du gesagt hast, firmware hatte ich nicht update, war noch auf 2.02. Meine gute, bisken beklopt.
Mann ist nie zu alt um zu lernen.

That was the problem, now it works very good,
what a stupid egg I'm, to forgot this.
