DDJ-SB Right Jog Wheel Stuck Up

Hi Pioneer,

I have been playing with my DDJ-SB for months and SB was doing well till last night while I was doing some scratch and got my right jog wheel stuck up.

I researched and watched some vids regarding this matter. Why do we all have the same problem, ONLY THE RIGHT JOG WHEEL GOT STUCK UP.

Was there a problem while SBs were produced? I have the same problem as explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3lxeBFRxw0. 

Please advise how can I fix this problem. I would really appreciate any support from you guys. Thanks!
