Hot cues active loops

Hi, sometimes hot cues active loops dissappear when load tracks on cdj 2000 nexus , it's very random and only on a few, but annoying as have to go back to rekordbox to export on to USB sticks , this has been happening for a while, when using 1.06 cdj and 2.02 rb, am on 1.10 cdj 2.03 rb at mo so up to date and it still happens, if I go back into rekordbox and look at track that's at fault ( no USB pugged in on mac
Pro 10.6.8 osx ) at this time , I notice hot cues have gone and have shifted to just cues and active has gone , as I say really random and on tracks that I haven't played for a while! I know other people are having this problem as is in forum
Am using consair stealth 32g USB
Have 2 one as a back up and happens on both , randomly
Also I have to close rb and reboot it before export to USB as this exports correct data ie first downbeat tempo loops etc , if I keep program open and export sometimes data is all wrong on USB when I play on cdj 2000nexus, so I always close the program then reboot, as if it needs this to except things I have done to a track! Am a ableton user and have used this for years as I do my edits and grids on this first , so know how software should behave! Is frustrating as is very simple things that are over looked, other than this love the cdjs and even get rekord box. Hope u can help
