XDJ-R1 Player giving alone

I have a XDJ-R1 controller it was with version 1.07 and I upgraded to version 1.13, blz, then out of nowhere the light from a hot-cue no longer lights up, plus the button worked, then after two weeks the light mode vinyl the deck A did not turn on either, but the button works, then when I went to test the buttons the hot-cue of deck A is not changing to the sampler, it is not working, then I searching the internet saw a guy talking to a reset it, I pressed the TIME + BACK button and a message "ERASE" appeared a while and the message did not leave the display, I turned it off and turned it on, I went to do another test and the controller was giving PLAYER ALONE on the songs, I tried to update of new and all the errors written above presented anyway, until the first 3 blz faults, more of the player alone does not give, I wonder if they can fix it.
