DJM-S9 - Channel 1 - 5th Hot Cue not lighting up or working
Hi Pioneer,
Have a customer with a DJM-S9-N, bought the other day.
With latest firmware, latest drivers, and latest version of Serato DJ, he is having a problem with the 5th Hot Cue (1st Hot Cue on second row), in that it is not lighting up or working when pressed.
Everything else seemingly working OK.
Please help.

When pressing the pads can you see on Serato if its responding ?
if it has thelatest firmware, latest drivers and not responding that sounds like a service job
