CDJ 850 - overcompressed muffled sound

Hello. I have 2xPioneer CDJ - 850 and both of them have the same problem. When the sound goes out from the player it doesn't sound good. Muffled hats, especially when kicks and bass are at the same time.. changed mixers cables etc. tried CD aswell. same issue even in headphones, making it very hard to mix...
