disconnected and emergency loop

hello , I play with cotroller xdj aero and using reckordbox wi fii from 2 years but now while i play music,after about one hour on the display of the controller appears disconnected, and then emergency loop so hangs around and I have to turn everything off and on again but the same problem . I brought Automation station in a center pioneer but have said it is ok. I formatted the PC but even there the problema.help me,please
