ddj t1 from pioneer traktor

the play button for deck A and C. is not playing everytime i hit it. i really dont know what the problem. please somone help me.

I would really like somone to try and help me with this problem. i have posted this up a few times and no-one has responded. I'm looking for a pioneer mod to help me with this. I'm trying to think of possible outcomes I could make that would help me with this. for example I was thinking if I could swap the "CUE" button with the "PLAY" button maybe this would help. I honestly would be so greatful if somone could spare a minute to try and help me with this problem I'm having once again the button for deck A and C play is not working correctly. this is DJ MentY signing out
