Pioneer DDJ SR2 Issue.

Hey guys I need some help regarding this issue i've been dealing with, with my SR2. This issue happens quite random I have played gigs with it, with no issue. But sometimes the controller's lights would dim down suddenly, there would be a noticeable lag when using the jog wheels, as well as the cue volume will be extremely low even when the headphone volumes are turned all the way up. I am currently running the latest serato dj firmware and I even re-installed it to see if it would solve the issue but the problem still persists. I am wondering if anyone else is currently dealing with this issue and what did you do to resolve it.
