DDJ RB & REKORDBOX - Issues during Initial Setup

Hi I've just purchased DDJ RB.

As per instructions, I installed Rekordbox, registered & activated it with the key provided. Also installed the DDJ RB Software and Updates as asked.

Selected the Performance console out of the 2 options on the Rekordbox forst startup screen.

My Issues:

Keys of DDJ RB are not working in sync with the Rekordbox, most of the times the response hangs up (eg. i increase the pitch then try to ecrease it, but it doesnt work.)

Not able to figure out the input & output settings of the same. 

Not ale to hear anything in my headphones.

Jog wheels aren't responding at all.

The PAD FX & SLICER selection arent working at all.

Please help me sort it out on a priority basis!

FYI my laptop is i3 3rd gen with 8 gb ram.
