Slip Loop on DDJ 1000

I have a question about the using of Slip loop on DDJ 1000.

When I've bought DDJ 1000 (with RekordBox 5.2) when I set a 4 Beat Loop and then I used the 1/2 slip loop, it uses the first 1/2 beat of the 4 of the first Beat and then it returns on the loop (4 beat), until I press exit from the loop (and that it's a logical behaviour).

Now, with RekordBox 5.3 and newer version, when I use a 4 beat Loop and then a 1/2 slip loop (or other fractions of a Slip loop), at the end of the use of slip loop, RekordBox exits from the 4 beat loop and (when you are mixing), it's impossible to reach again that beat.
