Jogwheel overheating XDJ1000-MK2

Hello. Just got a pair of XDJ1000-MK2 a couple of weeks ago. The jogwheel on both of them gets significantly warm, maybe even hot after about 20min of usage. Is that normal or I got a faulty model? Or maybe I'm just connecting them wrong. They're connected to the xone 92 mixer via rca and linked through a lan cable. I've also updated the firmware to 1.42

There is a display in there and while they get warm, I wouldn't say it's a problem unless you feel it's unreasonably hot - in which case, as Jay says, contact an ASC to have it inspected under warranty.
