The lighting fixture you requested already exists in the rekordbox fixture library as 'CNF - 36x10W RGBW LED Zoom Moving Head Washer'.

It's not the same machine because the three last parameters are differents
Channel 15 is Zoom
Channel 16 Pan/Tilt motors
Channel 17 Sound activated

It seems to be the same because your attachment has some hand written notes saying
Channel 15 is Sound activated
Channel 16 Zoom
Channel 17 Pan/Tilt motors
