XDJ-XZ output issues

I have had my XDJ-XZ since November 2019. Love it to bits but in the last 2 weeks the out put from the balanced XLRs has been off. The left output is lower than the right. I have no issues in recording and the levels are showing perfect but its the actual sound level coming from the XLR left output. 

Also the left RCA output is not working, there is nothing coming from this. its happened in the last 2 weeks. 

I have checked cables, and tried other options but so far nothing. It has been updated to current firmware update but still not resolved. 

My hunch is that it is "failed solder" on the connections.
