ddj sx2 problem

i,m facing problems because controller doesn't enter in demo mode

i changed demo mode settings (utility mode) using different settings but nothing happens.

i have updated firmware to version 1.06 am using macbook laptop no driver is needed

and also my deck 2 batton lost light after 30minutes - 1hour while am using the unit though it is still functioning 

and i would like to know if audio dropouts is laptop issue or hardware coz sometime am getting dropouts but when i check serato dj dropout log i have zero droupouts i have optimaized my laptop full to work with serato dj

please help
