XDJ-R1 won’t power on intermittently

Hi 

I have recently pulled out my XDJ R1. Seems to have a strange issue where it freezes while in standby. 

Behaviour:

- Standby light is solid red

- Unit won’t power on

- Can be fixed by unplugging for maybe half an hour. Once plugged in again, unit will power up

- If unit is plugged in again too soon, it appears to extend the required ‘unplugged’ time.

What gives? 

Unit is running latest firmware. USB/CD/Midi seems to have no impact.
