cue problem

 Hyb, i need some help with my xdj rx1 

recently when i load a track ... the track start playing automatically  even with auto play mode Off,.  the main problem i got my cue button disable until i pause the track... i try to turn off the quantize mode and the auto sync but it still the same, 

can you help me please
