DDJ 1000 switch Deckmode
Hello, it is possible with the DDJ 1000 to set the Deckmode of Internal, to Absolute or Relative without the mouse?

With the controller itself is not possible?
No, as the controller itself doesn't feature vinyl control, so why busy the space with buttons that would potentially never be used by some DJs?
I think a shift + will not be a problem for nobody
So shift + what then? All other buttons already have functions.
What about the pads?
Really, you could map any button you want, you're just removing the function it already has assigned:

That's in the MIDI edit window - you need to have DVS mode enabled at the time you go in to add those functions. Just click the ADD button at the bottom, find what you want. You'll need to go through and un-assign any existing control you want to use. The easiest way to find out what it is would be to hit LEARN, then hit the button and rekordbox will warn you what control it's in use for, then just go and delete it or un-assign it.
