DDJ-1000 (Firmware 5.2.2 not completing update to 5.2.3)

I am having the same problem before regarding DDJ-1000 firmware 5.2.2! Now I am having the same result as before installing firmware 5.2.2 with my laptop, windows 10, I3. Now trying to update firmware to 5.2.3, not completing update installation. Dj Hiroyuki of pioneer dj help me install the firmware 5.2.2 by sending me the right firmware, now the same difficulty updating to 5.2.3, the same problem as before, not completing installation!
