Cdj nxs2 tracks jump

Been having an issue with a NXS2 cdj when ever you que up a track and press play it works but if I try and pause the track it doesn’t work and the track instead jumps 45sec into the track and just keeps playing tried repeatedly to pause the track but it won’t work , also the jog wheel will not spin the track forward or backwards to search when it’s in vinyl mode and the track is playing, is this a software issue ? Tried to do a factory reset but it’s still doing the same , any ideas what this could be ? It’s also updated to 1.84
